Senior HVAC Installer

Straight, supported piping. Clean sheet-metal transitions. A protected home. A system that is tested, documented, and explained to the homeowner before the truck leaves.
We’re looking for someone who can own that standard and lead a helper through the job.
The experience we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading residential HVAC replacements; 5+ years of installation experience preferred.
- Hands-on furnace, central AC, and heat-pump installation experience.
- EPA 608 certification appropriate to the equipment you handle; Universal preferred.
- Ability to plan the job, solve field issues, communicate clearly, and coach a helper.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to work from our Camp Hill service area.

01 / Plan & protect
Review the scope, confirm materials, protect the home, organize the work area, and make sure your helper knows the plan.
02 / Install with care
Handle equipment changeouts, sheet-metal transitions, refrigerant piping, condensate, venting, gas connections, electrical connections, and controls within your qualifications.
03 / Test & document
Follow manufacturer procedures for pressure testing, evacuation, charging, airflow, safety checks, and startup. Record the readings that show the system is operating correctly.
04 / Finish & explain
Leave a clean installation, document the completed work, walk the homeowner through operation, and identify anything that needs follow-up.
