Steven, the owner of the office, came to my house half hour later after the weekend emergency call for checking and repairing the AC furnace in a very cold winter. With his almost 20 years experience and a master degree of his professionalism, Steven explained every detail to me and did an excellent job to finish his checking and repairing. I also asked him the possible jobs in the future to repair other electrical devices. He promised to do some research for me later. His service is highly appreciated in such an emergent case.
